Il s&rsquo;agit de faire une d\u00e9claration claire sur le type d&rsquo;entreprise\/soci\u00e9t\u00e9 que nous voulons \u00eatre, aujourd&rsquo;hui et \u00e0 long terme. <\/p>\n<h3>Pourquoi cette certification est-elle importante pour nous ?<\/h3>\n<p>La norme UNI\/PdR 125 est une norme italienne qui exige des organisations qu&rsquo;elles mesurent l&rsquo;\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;indicateurs d\u00e9finis et d&rsquo;indicateurs de performance cl\u00e9s mesurables. Elle examine de pr\u00e8s les aires qui fa\u00e7onnent v\u00e9ritablement l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience des personnes au travail : le recrutement, la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration, l&rsquo;\u00e9volution de carri\u00e8re, l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la formation, l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie priv\u00e9e, et l&#8217;emp\u00eachement de la discrimination et du harc\u00e8lement. <\/p>\n<p>Ce qui rend cette certification significative, c&rsquo;est son approche. Elle ne repose pas sur des intentions ou des d\u00e9clarations, mais sur des donn\u00e9es, la transparence et l&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration continue. <\/p>\n<h3>Une ann\u00e9e de travail r\u00e9el, pas seulement de formalit\u00e9s<\/h3>\n<p>Pour obtenir la certification, nous avons d\u00fb nous remettre en question et interroger nos pratiques.<\/p>\n<p>Au cours de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e \u00e9coul\u00e9e, notre \u00e9quipe RH a revu les processus internes, analys\u00e9 les donn\u00e9es salariales et professionnelles, mesur\u00e9 les indicateurs li\u00e9s au genre, mis \u00e0 jour les politiques et d\u00e9fini un plan d&rsquo;action structur\u00e9 avec des objectifs clairs. Son maintien n\u00e9cessite une attention constante. <\/p>\n<p>Chaque ann\u00e9e, nous surveillerons les indicateurs cl\u00e9s de performance li\u00e9s au genre, mettrons \u00e0 jour les mesures d&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration et nous soumettrons \u00e0 des audits de surveillance.
