After a year of focused work and concrete action, Coges has obtained the UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification for gender equality.
This achievement is not about meeting a formal requirement. It is about making a clear statement about the kind of company we want to be, today and in the long term.
Why this certification matters to us
UNI/PdR 125 is an Italian standard that requires organizations to measure gender equality through defined indicators and measurable KPIs. It looks closely at areas that truly shape people’s experience at work: recruitment, compensation, career development, access to training, work–life balance, and the prevention of discrimination and harassment.
What makes this certification meaningful is its approach. It does not rely on intentions or statements, but on data, transparency, and continuous improvement.
A year of real work, not just formalities
Achieving the certification required us to look inward and ask difficult, practical questions.
Over the past year, our HR team reviewed internal processes, analysed salary and career data, measured gender-related indicators, updated policies, and defined a structured action plan with clear objectives. Managers and employees were trained, and our approach was assessed through an external audit.

“Gender equality is not a checkbox. It’s a commitment we chose to make,” says Micol Campanaro, HR Manager at Coges. “It reflects how we hire, how we support career growth, how we ensure fairness in pay, and how we create a workplace where people feel respected and safe to do their best work.”
In short, it means working in an environment where respect and equal opportunity are built into processes, not left to chance.
A responsibility that continues
UNI/PdR 125 is not a one-time recognition. Maintaining it requires constant attention.
Every year, we will monitor gender-related KPIs, update improvement actions, and undergo surveillance audits. This ensures that equality remains a living commitment, supported by data and accountability.
We believe that building an inclusive and fair workplace is essential to long-term success — not only for our people, but also for the quality, reliability, and sustainability of the solutions we deliver to our customers.
